A MAN has handcuffed himself to the gates of Buckingham Palace – prompting an immediate police reaction.
Visitors were evacuated as the man, wearing a white shirt, sunglasses, and a cap, secured his left hand with chains to the entrance that overlooks The Victoria Memorial.
A video circulated on social media depicts police officers attempting to communicate with the man while he makes gestures towards them.
The content of his speech remains unclear, but there seem to be white papers scattered on the ground in front of him.
