Kate Middleton dons £1.6k emerald dress in first official portrait with Prince William

A portrait of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge has wowed Royal Family fans, who have taken to praising the “gorgeous” commission.

Kate Middleton was spotted donning an emerald dress valued at £1,600 that she previously wore during a royal tour of Ireland back in 2020.

Prince William and Kate Middleton posed for their first official royal portrait, which artist Jamie Coreth crafted as a gift to the people of Cambridgeshire, where the couple are titled for.

Kensington Palace released the portrait today which showed Middleton wearing the quality dress from The Vampire’s Wife, with the sparkly attire said to be valued at a hefty £1,595.

Social media reactions to the portrait’s unveiling were naturally positive and full of praise for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
