Young family ‘nearly killed’ in firebombing

COPS are hunting blaze maniacs who “nearly killed” a young family after firebombing two motors parked in the driveway.

The cars exploded in the inferno before the blaze spread to the front of the house in the early hours of this morning.

Windows blew in and the front of the pad was left badly charred in Cranhill, Glasgow.

The woman believed to live in the house with her young kids took to social media to share her outrage, with the plea racking up over 1000 shares on facebook.

The sickened mum wrote: “Absolutely disgusted. Dirty wrongyin bs nearly killed my kids.

“Putting two babies’ lives at risk.

“Cars blew up and now on fire, how low car you go.”

Horror snaps of the inferno show both motors completely burnt out and destroyed.

A police spokeswoman said: “Police were called around 3am on Saturday morning to a report of two cars having been set on fire in a driveway.

“Officers are treating the fire as wilful and inquiries are ongoing.”
