MUMS are raving about baby cream from ASDA which they claim will stop the inevitable chafing this summer.
As the weather warms up and the shorts come out, sadly women have to deal with the dreaded ‘chub rub’.
Arguably the worst part of summer, chafing could be a thing of the past thanks to an 87p cream from ASDA.
The Little Angels Liquid Talc is designed for babies to stop chapping, but women have found it helps with chafing too.
One woman posted the tip to Facebook, where it’s since gone viral, racking up more than 6,000 shares.
She wrote: “To all my big busted ladies, or those with thick thighs/some chub… this is a godsend.
I’ve been using it under my boobs & thighs and it has really stopped the sweating & chaffing in this hot weather!”
ASDA describes the cream as: “This gentle formulation applies like a lotion and dries to a light, talc like powder to absorb excess moisture and to help prevent chapping.
It is paraben free, hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested and paediatrician approved ensuring it’s just right for your little angels – and the rest of the family too.”
The wonder ointment has even been approved by Mumsnet mums, and it’s building up quite a fanbase.
Commenting on Facebook, one person said: “Less messy than powder talc.”
Someone else wrote: “The chub rub ends NOW.”
A third added: “So glad this has been shared, I’ve been using baby powder for my sunburn to stop my skin chafing through the night.”
This person said: “Same! That’s what I got it for and it’s been amaaaazing.”
And another posted: “I remember us talking about chub rub in between our thighs!! I use this on my face as a primer but maybe I’ll give it a bash!!”
