Stacey Solomon gives brutally honest update on her intimate area post birth

Stacey Solomon has shared a brutally honest update on how her lady parts are healing since she gave birth to son Rex.

The Loose Women star welcomed her third child three weeks ago and today she discussed one of the most sensitive issues facing new mums.

Stacey, 29, revealed she hasn’t been allowed to have a bath since giving birth, but she’s finally ready for a long soak in the tub now she’s all healed up.

She posted a picture of a box of bath goodies on Instagram and shared her joy with fans.

The telly star wrote: “Definitely going to attempt to have a bath today.

“I am worried about my noon but apparently it’s all healed and ready to bath wahoo!”

Stacey has won praise from followers for her candid descriptions of motherhood since Rex arrived.

She previously told about the pain she was suffering while breastfeeding and even managed to make a joke despite her obvious discomfort.

She shared a picture of herself nursing her baby boy, and wrote: “: “Trying to smile This is my face every time he latches on.

“I didn’t breastfeed Leighton and I don’t remember 11 years ago with Zach so it came as a bit of a shock to me when my feeding experience wasn’t blissful breast time and expressing pints of milk in between!

After not mastering the latch that leaving my boobs engorged and my nipples feeling like they’d been rubbed on sandpaper I think we are finally getting there.

“I’ve been milked by just about every health visitor and breastfeeding specialist around (for which I am eternally grateful) and my baby can finally get his tiny mouth around, what Zach and Leighton call, my Pepperami nipples!

“We still haven’t mastered it yet and we might never master it – that’s ok too. I just thought for anyone out there struggling or who struggled to breastfeed that it’s perfectly OK, there’s nothing wrong with you, and you’re doing amazingly.”

Rex’s dad is Stacey’s longtime boyfriend Joe Swash, while she also has two elder sons, Leighton and Zach, from previous relationships.
