Prince William reveals his five-year-old son’s favourite film

Prince William has revealed Prince George’s new favourite film is children’s action movie How To Train Your Dragon.

The Duke of Cambridge revealed the sweet insight as he spoke to a little boy named Regan during his visit to Cinemagic in Northern Ireland yesterday.

As the dad-of-three sat down with Regan to help him create dragons from pieces of coloured paper yesterday he revealed that George, five, loves the film.

The fantasy film, which was released in 2014, is about a young Viking who dreams of hunting dragons, but befriends one in the process.

William revealed the insight as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Braid Arts Centre charity Cinemagic, who have used film, television and digital technologies to engage with over 500,000 young people.

George, five, must have moved on from his other favourite, as in 2017 Prince William revealed that Disney classic The Lion King was his favourite film.

When asked what George’s favourite film was the Duke said at the time: ‘He quite likes the Lion King, he’s watched it quite a few times.’

He also revealed in 2017 that his eldest child is also a fan of the Cbeebies regular Octonauts. And later added: ‘He has watched some Lego movies as well’.

While visiting the charity, which uses visual arts to increase opportunities and develop skills for young people from all backgrounds, Kate also spoke to children and helped them with face painting.

Meeting fans when they arrived at the Braid Arts Centre Kate also admitted that she was broody.

Spotting a baby in the crowd she said to his father Alan: ‘He’s a very sweet little boy… He’s so diddy. Makes me very broody.’
