MACHETE attack sees man rushed to hospital in London

A MACHETE attack saw a man rushed to hospital today in the latest shocking bloodshed to hit the capital.

Cops were called to Enfield Town train station in North London shortly after 3am this morning.

The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.

Transport cops searched the area and arrested two men, both 20, who remain in police custody.

London’s knife epidemic has reached unprecedented levels with at least 84 deaths in the capital since the start of 2019.

It’s revealed North London to be the most dangerous area of the capital, with seven murders there in the first three months of the year.

In Edmonton, an area of Enfield, five people were knifed in the back over a horrifying two-day period – including one victim left paralysed when his spinal cord was sliced.
