Keith Flint pals and fans will honour late Prodigy star with a rave

TRAGIC Prodigy frontman Keith Flint will be honoured with a rave this weekend – and all proceeds will go to mental health charities.

The Cause nightclub in Tottenham, North London will host the party which will feature guests who shared line-ups with The Prodigy.

DJs such as Slipmatt and Nookie will be playing at the event and Prodigy will be played.

Keith’s body was found at his Essex home on Monday and his bandmate Liam Howlett tweeted that he had taken his own life.

Profits will be split given to mental health charities Mind in Haringey and CALM.

Organisers wrote: “Male suicide IS the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK.

Mental health affects us all and raising awareness of this was one of they key factors in establishing The Cause.

“As such we are throwing a celebration of the music Keith and The Prodigy inspired, inviting down friends and those who shared line-ups and who’s records were played at events during their rise to fame.

100% of ALL profits, tickets AND bar revenue will go to charity. 50% to Mind in Haringey and 50% to The CALMzone.”

The Firestarter singer was found unresponsive by medics in his £1.5million marital home he shared with wife Mayumi Kai, in Dunmow, Essex.

Keith fought a long battle with drink, drugs and depression, however his wife had “saved him” from his party lifestyle.

But the pair split shortly before his death with Keith begging Mayumi for a reconciliation as their home went on the market.
