Katie Price finally cleans up mucky mansion as new pics show she’s got rid of rubbish and mouldy mattresses

KATIE Price has finally cleaned up her mucky mansion by getting rid of the piles of rubbish and mouldy mattresses littering both inside and outside of the £2million property.

The 40-year-old’s had previously let the eleven bed mansion in East Sussex fall into a state of disarray with fans describing it as a “pigsty” but new images show she’s finally getting her life, and house, back on track.

Last night Katie showed off her house on her TV show My Crazy Life and revealed it’s almost restored to her former glory – with shinning surfaces, new furniture and clean windows.

Just yesterday, the mum-of-five insisted that inside her house was amazing and revealed she planned on sorting the grounds of her £2million property out when the weather got better.

She said: “This mucky mansion thing – I’m hardly ever at my house. And my house is gorgeous inside.

“It’s like one of those houses, imagine you see a little door on the street and you think ‘I wonder what it’s like in there’ and you go inside and it’s like ‘Wow’ and massive – that’s what my house is like.

Its winter, it’s not even summer – why would I be bothered about my garden and swimming pool yet? It’s not the summer yet.

“I’m going to get a big flag with the middle finger sign.”

But judging by these images, Katie has already got to work sorting the place out as she moves on from her difficult year.

And it seems she might have already found a cleaner after we revealed she was advertising for one.

She was looking to hire two people – and was offering a whopping £1,000 a week to whoever takes on the job.

The job add listed their responsibilities as getting the kids up in the mornings, doing the school runs and helping them with their homework.

They are also be expected to prepare meals, read stories, take the kids to the park and do arts and crafts – plus take care of ironing, mopping, dusting, running errands and “caring for antiques”.

Katie preivously revealed she had been working on restoring the house to it’s former glory after Kieran moved out.

She said at the end of the last series of her show:”The house is looking a lot better.

“I’ve decluttered a lot of it and everyone who’s been in my house has said how much better it is.

Since Kieran has gone this place is now starting to look how it should be looking.”

Katie’s house was first revealed on Through The Keyhole in 2017, with fans gobsmacked at the scum-encrusted pool and horse poo all over her front drive.

They spotted piles of washing in the bedroom, an untidy walk-in-wardrobe, cracks in the windows, and animal waste on the floors.

Only last week and images showed that the pad was surrounded by dried grounds , while the pool was completely drained and mouldy and the tennis court covered in rot.

The kids’ play area looked like it had been deserted as a broken trampoline was abandoned in one corner and a crushed goal post lay in the middle of the very dry grass.
