DANCING on Ice star Gemma Collins has QUIT social media after her spat with Jason Gardiner.
After the increasing tension following the row with the judge, the Towie star has decided to focus on her work.
Sunday night saw the blonde bombshell have a war of words with the notoriously sharp-tongued judge on the show.
As Gemma and partner Matt Evers received the lowest score, she admitted they didn’t get much rehearsal time because she was bogged down with negativity – accusing Jason of ‘selling stories’ about her.
Viewers went into meltdown as she defended herself against Jason live on air, with the outspoken judge going on to call Gemma a “brat”.
And it looks like the 37-year-old is really serious about the competition now and showing what she’s worth.
Writing on Instagram, the 37-year-old told fans she was coming off the social media platform until Sunday for the live show.
The GC stated: “Guys after today I can’t be on social as I really need to up my skating skills. I’m not leaving you but I really need to focus.
Here’s a little something to keep you going xxx il be back up and running Sunday.”
The post was accompanied with a meme from one of her fan accounts showing a montage of Ariana Grande and Gemma from Sunday night telling Jason Gardiner he was ‘boring’.
The blonde’s Marilyn Monroe-inspired performance hadn’t wowed the judges and Jason told her: “You were more like Anna Nicole Smith – there was no elegance, you were all over the place, there wasn’t enough skating, we’re not going to see lifts from you.”
But Gemma replied: “Maybe if you didn’t sell stories on me I wouldn’t have been so upset and could have concentrated on my routine more.”
Essex queen Gemma has even had support from Piers Morgan over the skating saga with Gardiner.
