“Thank you Janice Freeman… for everything. This represents you perfectly,” said Miley.

In the past Janice had overcome lupus, cervical cancer and meningitis.

During her time on The Voice, Janice made it all the way all the way to the top 11 as part of team Miley.

The pair stayed in touch after the competition and last year Janice revealed Miley had helped her and her family out financially when they were searching for a place to live.
