ANT McPartlin was involved in a furious doorstep bust-up with estranged wife Lisa Armstrong as she banned him from entering their marital home when he turned up to get his things, according to the Mirror.
Reports claim the presenter, 43, had arranged through his lawyers to visit the west London pad to collect his possessions, but when he arrived at the doorstep he wasn’t allowed to enter.
He allegedly repeatedly rang the intercom but Lisa didn’t budge, forcing Ant to make a retreat without his items.
A source told the publication: “Ant has a right to collect his possessions he left in the house two years ago.
“The last time he was in the house was July, two years ago – before he went into rehab the first time. He just wants to collect his belongings at the agreed time.
“It’s all pretty tiring now – he just wants to move on with his life.”
Meanwhile, a source close to Lisa told the Mirror the make-up artist was unaware Ant was planning on visiting.
A representative for Ant declined to comment.
Lisa has been contacted for comment.
In March, The Sun revealed the former couple’s multi-million pound divorce battle has hit a Brexit-style deadlock.
Ant insisted he’s willing to give Lisa a fair share of his fortune, but talks remain at a stalemate months after their decree nisi was granted.
Lisa was granted a decree nisi in October on the grounds of Ant’s adultery with the couple’s former PA Anne-Marie. He admitted that on the basis he didn’t begin a relationship with her until after his marriage split.
Insiders denied reports that Ant is worth over £60million.
A source added: “Lawyers are still trying to get to the bottom of his actual wealth.”
Lisa is expected to keep their £6million West London home.
The pair also have to agree the finer points of joint custody for their dog Hurley.
